Steve Depew, P.E., CDT, LEED Principal

Steve Depew is the owner and founder of Depew, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in building commissioning, construction, design and facilities engineering. Steve’s innate capabilities for troubleshooting coupled with his experience and knowledge of all aspects of building systems have helped him to become a very effective and skilled commissioning agent. Steve’s experience and unquestioned ethics make him a true professional in his field. He is committed to the principles of commissioning without compromise and his dedication to his profession is unmatched.

Steve has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer for the State of Washington. He is a Certified Document Technologist and a US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Accredited Professional. Because of his commitment to the profession, Steve is a member of the Building Commissioning Association's Board of Directors and he continues to further the engineering community as an instructor at the University of Washington, teaching the P.E. Mechanical and Engineer-in-Training Refresher Courses.

Milt Hansberry Commissioning Agent

Milt has 30 years experience in construction, TAB, equipment distribution and commissioning; including testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues relating to a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Milt is an exceptional person with excellent personal skills and ethics and it shows in his unique can do attitude for clients. Milt’s experience in TAB and knowledge of equipment compliments the DPS contribution to all commissioning projects. DPS clients continually mention Milt by name and comment on his skill, knowledge and integrity. He is detailed oriented providing complete and thorough installation verification, equipment start-up and functional performance testing.
